Rare Tadashi Nakayama White Stallion at Sunset (1959) Japanese woodblock. This is a hard to find print that he did and is a very fine example of his work with iridescent strips on the body of the horse as well as the bright red sunset orb. The paper measures 25 3/4″ x 19 3/4″, and the image measures 24″ x 18 1/2″. Signed in the bottom left & numbered 10/50 also stamped on the back with Nakayama’s chop mark. There are some water spots in the margin on the bottom, not in the image. And some acid burn along the edges of the paper. The print comes unframed. If you have any questions please feel free to ask.
