This is a rare woodblock print titled “Old Scene at Pond Edge” by renowned Showa-era woodblock artist Noboru Yamataka. Created in 1984 to commemorate the 100th anniversary of the famous Ginza Japanese confectionery shop “Kuyakoya, ” this limited edition piece is a special and collectible work. The print is signed by the artist and part of a limited run of 150 copies, with this being number 56. It was produced under the planning of Shunsei Gallery and includes a commemorative paper mount and a brief biography of Yamataka Noboru. Title: “Old Scene at Pond Edge”. Year: 1984 (Showa 59).
