This work is a faithful reproduction of the natural beauty drawn by Hiroshige on a handrail woodcut. This product is in the state of one piece of Japanese paper. Image 3 is the back of the work and the woodblock used. The show-through of the print dye is proof that it is not printing. Hiroshige Utagawa was born as a child of Edo’s lower-class samurai, Yatsushiro Riverside Fire House, and was born as a child of Genemon Ando.
