A beautiful antique Ogato Korin Iris Japanese Woodblock Print, in what appears to be the original frame (frame shows definite age related condition issues, please see photos). Frame measures 12 1/4″ X 10″ Includes white shop tag (was attached to the back of the frame but fell off). The print backing inside the frame is some sort of thick card stock print from artist “Jules Bastien-Lepage” (please see photo). This is not my area of expertise, and I do not know the marks/characters, so I have provided many enlargeable photos for you to make your own assessment regarding the age and origin of this print.
