Vintage Japanese Colored Woodblock Print 9×10.5 frame size. There is some discoloration on the frame, and a small tear on the frame backing. The small rubber numbers are a bit sticky. I do not know who the artist is. There may be a signature underneath the matting, but Im not sure.
