Two antique Japanese Ukiyoe (Woodblock Prints) by Ichiryusai Kunihisa. These Oban prints are two parts of a triptych. The right hand print is missing. The prints are in fair condition with paper thinning, folds, holes and other signs of aging (detailed below). See images for an indication. Title: Takechi Samanosuke Crosses Lake Biwa in Omi Province. Size approx: 37.0cm x 25.5cm (Left). 37.0cm x 25.6cm (Right). These prints are also held at the Museum of Fine Arts, Boston. The ukiyo-e are over 100 years old, as such they have signs of ageing and do not exist in perfect condition. If perfect condition is sought, please refrain from purchasing.
