He served at the Kyong Sung Middle School (a school for Japanese students that later became the Seoul Middle and High School) and stated in Korea until 1945. In the early 1950’s he began designing woodblock prints for the publisher Kyoto Hangain. Signed and sealed of the artist. There are good impression but there are some mat lines.
