The scene depicts boats in harbor at dusk with tall masts and sails silhouetted against a warm gradient sky, with Koitsu’s signature crisp linework and beautiful water reflections. This print is block-signed “Koitsu” and bears the artist’s red seal in the lower right, consistent with authenticated impressions of this design.
