Believe is titled “Soba Vendor On A Rainy Night” issued in the early 1950’s. It measures 15 1/4″ x 10 1/4″. And still has vibrant colors. It has minor toning on the white outer edge and has tape residue on the back. But it would frame well. It will be sent well packaged and flat.
