Tsukimaru was one of the most successful students of Kitagawa Utamaro act. 1794 – 1830, from whom he took the’-maro’ for his name. He specialized in bijin-ga portrait prints of female beauties. This oban print is in good condition, considering its age. Some wear and grime in corners. Small holes that have been repaird.
